Authors might cover this topic from a legal and an economic perspective as well as they could study the subject from an individual point of view or as a collective action.<\/p>\n
For the first stage<\/span>, authors should submit a proposal of investigation in no more than two pages. This proposal should contain:<\/p>\n 1.Brief description of the problem or subject-matter<\/p>\n 2.Brief description of the legal, economic or social implications of the problem or subject-matter<\/p>\n 3.Brief description of the investigation\/analysis to carry out, including the main methodological and bibliographic references.<\/p>\n 4.Summary of the conclusions or recommendations the author expects to reach through the investigation<\/p>\n A Committee will evaluate these proposals and select four of them for the second stage<\/span>.
